I am very excited to start a new year at Ralph Moody. This is my fourth year teaching and I love it! II began teaching in the Elizabeth School District at Singing Hill Elementary teaching 3rd and 4th grade. Before that, I student taught at Lois Lenksi in Littleton in the 1st grade.

I received my Elementary Education License at Metropolitan State College of Denver. However, I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Denver as well as my MS in Curriculum Instruction and Assessment from Walden University.

I love the community here in Littleton. I grew up in the area and went to Lois Lenski Elementary, Powell Middle School and Arapahoe High School. I love spending time with my family, friends and my dog Jake. I got married this past summer to my best friend, Josh and....I look forward to the many wonderful years ahead of me at Ralph Moody.

 I was raised in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. My family enjoyed skiing, sailing, and camping. I was a competitive swimmer through high school and competed on the National level. The love of skiing drove me to Colorado, and I attended Temple Buell College here in Denver. I am married and have two grown daughters, Skyler and Kathryn. Skyler has a 14 month old boy, Holden, and Kathryn will be married in July.

Before children I taught in Aurora for eight years. I stayed home while the girls were very young. I have been with Littleton Public Schools for thirteen years. I have taught kindergarten through fourth grade. First grade is very dear to my heart. There is nothing like watching the flowers bloom. Here they mature into real students, and I never tire of watching. I feel so fortunate to be part of the Ralph Moody Community!
